Quick yall I need marinade ideas for 10 quail. My go to for chickens is usually lemon rosemary garlic salt and pepper in olive oil...not sure if it'd be the same

Sounds great. I'm using Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV), crushed red pepper flakes and itailian seasoning since I killed the rosemary and the frost got the basil (last fresh basil went on the pizza). Add salt.

1 cup of ACV and add water to cover for 1 to 8 quail.

Ya know it was 20° F here this morning but the Chocolate Mint is still green & spreading like wildfire! But I kill all other spices/herbs, or the chickens like them as well. The stock & flock leave the chocolate mint alone.

I am working on my chicken/duck flock first for butchering and laying. I don't want to rush into getting quail, I would rather learn about them for a couple years and then get them.

I'm doing a lot of breeding with my Jersey Giants to see what chickens we like best. We have all different breeds of pullets and hens. So far I don't like the RSL with the Giants.
