@Kiki for good as far as we know and yes we're bracing for it the city we lived in previously rarely got over 75-80 in summer so it's an adjustment

I remember one summer as a child it hit 102°F in Seattle, everyone was dropping left and right w/ heatstroke, so we're making iced tea, popcicles, and pasta salads to keep ourselves cool, and using the pool

I hate having a hatcher that I can't really see into. Tomorrow is supposed to be hatch day, but I was expecting some later today. I just finished cleaning up the brooder that my 2 week olds are in when I hear peeping. I check the button chicks, but it doesn't quite sound like them. I have two chicks in the hatcher. One is yeller, @Kiki . I'll take pics when I get them into the fresh brooder.

It's weird having three brooders set up at the same time. I need to kick the 2 week olds out soon.

I just kicked mine out. They’re doing way better than the other ones. I think it was bad breeding stock.

The 4 week old actually likes them and doesn’t act mean.

i had an interesting morning.....2 of the marvel crew escaped their cage in the shed and I had to catch them
