From that list, maybe Dekalb white? I don't think any of the others would be white at this age.

Young cockerels are often the most outgoing, adventurous, and curious, which as humans we read as "friendly" when it's really opportunistic. Rooster instinct is to interact with the outside world. Hen instinct is focused solely on the flock. Rooster needs to be aware of predators, lead his ladies to food and water, fight off rival roosters, and so on. Even as chicks these instincts come out.
