Howdy everybody, I haven't updated this thread in a bit, so I thought I should post a couple pictures of the few birds I was able to get last year, and say some stuff about them.

I think my main focus is going to be diverted to my OEGB's for my situation, and my newly found passion for the breed.

To start, this is a cockerel I got out of my bb red X black OEGB pairing.

Lost this pair in a cold snap this winter...sadly
It's unfortunate I won't be having them in my breeding program this year.

Okay, lets do a little recap on the new birds.
I have these two boys, I already mentioned them:

And again, these two pullets.
They're paired up with my bb red's now. I got 2 chicks off of them so far.

I hatched out this bb red cockerel.

My bb red X lemon blue cross pullet.

Here's the chicks.

Light colored/chipmunk colored ones are bb red's, the black ones are "brown red's", (my cross) and the large lavender chick is a barnyard cross.
