Anyone use Koop Clean?

Just picked up a bag of this and can't wait to try it! Just curious if anyone else has tried this new product.

I've been reading a lot about this new products via The Chicken Chick, but I can't find anywhere for a price....how much per bag if you don't mind me asking??

I paid $12.70 a bag. It was a bit pricey, but the bag was bigger than the normal sized TSC shavings I get, plus I have read that it lasts longer than regular pine, so it evens out for the most part.

Just put some in my brooder, smells SO good! Chicks are having a ball scratching through it. Now I will see how well it works.

I've subscribed to your thread...please DO let me know how it works for you as I'm indecisive as to using sand or this new Koop Klean...let me know!

Yes, agreed, sadly!! I live in Oregon, went to the main Koop Klean website and they are strictly selling in the midwest and east coast areas....FIGURES!! Aaaaaack!!

Lucerne Farms is literally about 10 minutes from me, right in Fort Fairfield, ME.

Day 2, still smells delicious in the brooder, like sweet hay. Girls are having a blast digging through it. I think I am going to like this product!

I just picked up two bags yesterday, after reading this thread. $16.99 on sale & 18.99 regularly! Seems everything at my local feed store is more expensive than everywhere else, even stuff from PA. I am anxious to try it, but it will have to be real good for me to buy it again. Will be cleaning the coop next week & we'll see how it goes.
