Barred Rock Rooster needs a better home (2 months old)

Hi, I got a batch of chicks from Tractor Supply and was primarily looking to get egg layers. 2 months later and one of the chicks is definitely a rooster and, though it protects the flock from pigeons in our area while they’re roaming in our back yard, it also makes loud noises and our HOA and neighbors are not happy about it. Is anybody in the Phoenix area willing to take him off our hands? He’s a barred rock rooster named popsicle.
