Not having coffee right before bed is probably a good idea if you want to sleep.

I've had a cup and a half this morning and about to have another whole cup then a nap. It's cold enough out this morning I am glad I don't have to do chores until after lunch. It's not nice when mother nature goes from summer to winter over night.

One of my favs from long ago when I went all out for Halloween.
I used to carve all kinds of pumpkins, with designs from a kit, and make outrageous costumes and decorations with the kids.

Yep, about the same here. High of 70°F Saturday, maxing out below 40°F today.

Now after freeze warnings for tonight they say some 80's are coming back. In the voice of that cartoon character "something is screwy here"! And it's not the rabbit.

We had a chance for a shower this morning but the winds blew it apart.
