Not sure if it's 100%, but I found a site that said when you pull out their wing if it has a 2nd layer of feathers on the outermost wings then it's a girl, if not it's a boy.

I don't think that this is true. You can usually find out by the comb or by the feathers near the tail

That's only for certain breeds of chicks at 3 days old.

This looks to be a Golden Polish or a mix ... Guessing a cockerel but can't make out the saddle/hackle feathers.
