Cochin Thread!!!

So excited my blue cochin hens have begun laying again! I know this may sound crazy but I'm going to cross my little splash cochin pullet to my English black orpington cockerel for better size in these Cochins. My black orp cockerel is about 5-6 months old and already towering my almost 2 year old blue cochin cock. If everything goes right in a couple of years my cochins will be fluffier with better type and may even lay better.
Don't worry I've got everything on this project planned out! Just need a better incubator and for these little splash cochin gals to begin laying!
