I'm going to ask my doc about melatonin when I have my annual physical in a few months. I can be yawning and feel ready for bed, but get there and lie awake for hours.
I found a cure for the brain activity. I lay down and my brain starts to work on a million projects, so I put on some music and pay close attention to it.. usually in dreamland by the 3rd song.
