I avoid all those artificial sweeteners
I'm sensitive to all of them, even stevia. About the only one I can tolerate is Saccharin and I try to limit that as much as possible. I can't use real sugar so I'm pretty much stuck using it in my coffee and tea.

Speaking of tea. Iced tea in the fridge for those who are trying to beat the heat. Currently 99° here. Toasty. Too toasty for coffee so help yourselves.
