Yum, egg and cheese muffins, I don't think I've ever made that before...googling recipes. lol

I'm just putting a fried egg and cheese on an english muffin.

I'm still waking up this morning and read the "egg & cheese muffin" too literally. lol, But now I'm going to be trying out these tiny quiche recipes. lol

I have seen those recipes and actually made some in my egglets. I think they would be better in the muffin tins and baked. But, at that point, I'd just make a quiche.

Good morning. Coffee is on. You can have industrial sized drip, or there's dark or medium roast for the Keurig. I also have some dark roast for the french press if you prefer that. For the tea drinkers I have white, green and Earl Grey.

Thank you for the coffee, IM! Dark roast for me, please. Does that come in industrial sized, as well??
