i have a 6 week old chick that is listless and standing with its feathers ruffeled and sometimes water is coming out of its mouth it is in my hospital any ideas would help

Unfortunately, the symptoms you have described are common to most illnesses, except for the fluid coming out of the mouth.
Try reading thru some of the disease descriptions on these websites and see if you find a match, but be aware that it could be any one of many diseases.
