You don't have to remove them immediately. They need to stay in there to dry before you take them out or they may have a chance of chilling if they aren't fully dried. It's best to move the chicks in pairs and you can have food and water in the brooder ready for them.

Ok I put her back, but she is literally climbing all the other eggs and getting stuck between them. Ahhhh now I’m panicking
 
Mine did that in my hatch. I know sometimes you want to step in and help them but you need to try not to as much as possible. Try to wait a little longer until it dries then you can move it.
