If I am technically not zoned to have chickens, can I still become NPIP certified? Or will these lovely government agencies trade notes and realize I can not legally have chickens even though my immediate neighbors do not mind? I live on 1/2 acre reservation lot in an unincorporated area with no deed restrictions (not a neighborhood). Thanks!
