Oh no. I would have been a nervous wreck!
I collected them from the Farm this afternoon and then drove towards @BY Bob’s house while he and Mrs BY Bob drove towards me.
We met in a parking lot roughly half way and the very first thing I had to do was check they were alive because they were so quiet on the drive.
Bob thinks they were just sleeping.
I might owe SHRA tax but how long was half the drive?

I've been Keeping Something from You All

Please forgive us but @RoyalChick and I have plotting behind everyone's back. The breeder where she got the roadrunners has Polish as well. She has obtained 2 Candy Corn Polish for me. Here is what they look like fully grown.

@RoyalChick has picked them up and she is driving to meet me half way so we can exchange these little darlings.

I will explain more and update everyone on our adventure once I get them home.
I'm so excited. :wee :wee
 Whaat! They are gorgeous!

I'm of Swedish origins myself, so I had to name one of my hens a nordic themed name!

Astrid is my white splash olive egger, and I have always loved that name!
(Astrid is an old Scandinavian name that means “divinely beautiful")
Astrid was the other name I considered. I've always liked that name. :thumbsup

Yep. He’s partridge, and I gave him eleven ladies to take care of. He’s the friendliest rooster I have ever had. I love him so much .:love
I have always wanted a partridge, I love that color!
I only have three bantam Cochin, two reds, and a white.(A red rooster, and the two hens are red, and white)

You must be proud of him! He is quite the looker!
