Maybe! I got her from a local breeder who got her from a hatching egg of another breeder and I think it was some kind of “project”.

Kinda looks like some showgirl (NN) genes maybe going on there as well.. possibly adding to the condition??

Any feathers that were bald (from the mites or brittleness) won't change until they molt out and get replaced with new ones.

Yes! She is a showgirl, sorry should have said that. Many genetic things going on here apparently that I didn’t realize might be an issue until now
