I just jumped on the Silkie train and I’ve been absolutely LOVING the Silkie life. I know the sexing of them is difficult, but they’re starting to show more of their nature and I thought it would be fun to see what everyone thinks the genders are? Check out the attachments!
I have:
  • 1 large white (almost 100% roo)
  • 1 large blue (almost 100% hen)
  • 1 tiny blue (no idea
  • 1 paint (no idea)
  • 1 lavender (leaning towards too? Hopefully not because that’s my husbands favorite)

I think you are correct in your assessment of the first two, the one you are calling lavender looks almost like a really washed out splash to me, I think female, the Paint is going to make you wait but I'd lean male at this point, and the little blue too young/small yet.
