essentials tremors are when you pick something and is an annoyance but now dangerous. non essential, hands shaking when not working is a sign of Parkinson's and etc.

Granny, most of my greens are damaged by the cold, they're not dead just knocked by by cold, cabbage & brussel sprouts are good, hoping everything puts out new leaves while we're having rain & mild temps . I haven't been on, just reading, my hands are shaking bad, hard to type on my phone

My hands started shaking years ago when I was in my 50s. It runs in my family.
