Grey beige poop?? Help

Hi, so for the past day and a half one of 3 chicks is pooping these light poops? I have two adult hens and never seen this poop, it looks pretty close to the color of their feed. Heres pics of the small beige one next to a normal poop. No sickly symptoms, is eating and drinking normally, i just dont know whats causing this.

I don't understand what the problem is? You say the poops are the same color of the feed and that should be normal.

Usually its dark brown like the larger poop but recently started seeing tannish beige poops like the smaller poop in the photo. I use natural harvest step 1 for the chicks and last step layer NH for my big girls

They both look normal to me-not gray at all. Maybe I'm missing something
