My hen is 27 weeks old and has been laying for about 2 weeks. I have decided to leave the past 7 eggs in her coop to see is she will go broody. We also have a silkie rooster who i have seen mate with the hen. She is starting to hide eggs under hay and move them around the coop daily. What does this mean? Will she go broody? Why is she all of a sudden beginning to hide her eggs?
