Hen or roo?

A few days over 3 weeks. Smallest of all my bantam chicks. Comb and waddle is slightly bigger than my other barred rock bantam but I’m not sure they’re the same breed. Pretty sure this one is a Barred OEGB.

I think it's a cockerel since it has a lighter overall color. It could be a barred rock bantam or barred old English game bantam, or a cuckoo oegb.

There’s no such thing as an “OEGB Barred Rock” unless you mean a cross between the two breeds which would be a mutt and not likely at all. There are barred OEGBs though and barred Plymouth Rocks. But they’re two separate breeds, just fyi.

It is pretty young and chick feathers can be wonky, but right now I'm pretty sure it's a cockerel.

I meant a barred OEGB, I’ve never had them before and there are so many names for them I got a little confused Thanks though.

Sorry about that, here’s another photo. It was taken just a few days ago. I’m thinking cockerel as well .
