how to hatch eggs

so my hubby just bought me this very basic incubator for christmas and i wanted to know the in and out of hatching eggs i know its a lot of work and i am fine with that anyone got some hits for me

There's a sticky under INDEX and INCUBATION that will get you started.
My advice after reading and doing is to ignore the incubator other than checking temperature, humidity and turning eggs. It will mesmerize you for days at point of hatch.
