Question? When you hatch eggs under a broody, how do you know which chic came from which hen? TOM

The only way you would know is if she was seperated and they where all her eggs.

Well, I lost my White Cockeral. I am so bummed. Part of me just wants to give up. I bathed it back side blow dried it. Looked good and must have had a heart attack or aspirated???? I didn't get any water near his face. That really sucks!!!!

Congrats in your chicks! My broodies have been crappy moms this year, with the exception of one Game hen. Ive been the broody! Lol

Omg Im sorry! Dont give up.. Ive had one setback right after another too. One pullet I was really liking as a possible breeder has a crooked keel. It makes you want to scream I know! Hang in there lady!

How has everyone been? I was out moving my birds around and took a couple pictures of my grow outs and figured I'd share. Im happy with them and think i'l be able to do good things with them, i got some that are perfect, some that are colorful and some that are a little overmelanized. But i think I'll be able to pair them accordingly and get some really decent birds.

Absolutely love your pullets. Great type, tails, combs and size on your birds. Phenominal!
