They either purchase from there or Welp and this is confirmed. Apparently Welp drop ships from Privett though

Last time I checked, a lot of Tractor Supply chicks came from Hoover's Hatchery. Do some of them come from elsewhere like you're stating??

Yes Many come from Hoover but they are not the sole supplier.
