Is this 9 week old silkie a blue or a splash?

Hey, i got this chick from a silkie breeder back in march and supposedly its a blue silkie but it kind of looks like a splash to me. Any Thoughts on what color she may actually be?
The first photo is when i first got her and the 3 other photos are from different days, angles and lighting.

My splash baby was white as a chick. This looks like my blue babies.
