Is this a worm?

ok really I’m having so many problems with my chickens right now!!! I’m going crazy...anyway I just cracked an egg for one of my sick chickens and this was in it!! Ewww can someone please tell me if this is a worm or something else. It was cracked in a pan and started cooking before I could get it out

I just cracked a few more of that hens eggs and I didn’t find anymore long string things however there are a lot of meat spots

Thanks that does help. I’m not sure what to do, it’s one of my older girls and all her eggs I cracked are like that :s
