Well for the most part. But there was one family that moved out to
Californy.

In other news, hubby and I put an offer on some land and the seller accepted! 31.66 acres in West Virginia

Right on the WV/Kentucky border. We are really excited, can't wait to be mostly self sufficient

All wooded, it does have hills but there is some level places. We will have to level more for pasture and things but that's doable. The first step is to get the deal finished then we have to get a survey done. After that, we are going to get it selectively timbered. That should bring in money because a lot of the trees are huge and oak or pine. There are power lines that run right by the road but we aren't going to tie into those. We want to be off grid as much as possible. No well or septic, yet. It's about 4.5 hours from where we currently live. It's going to be a retreat and hunting land for right now. Lots of deer and turkey signs, should be good hunting
