Ivermectin

Will someone please post a link of which ivermectin to purchase to have on hand for worming my chickens later if needed?
Ivermectin is not the best choice for deworming.
Safeguard (Fenbendazole) or Valbazen (Albendazole) would be better.

We use Ivermectin to deworm our ducks twice a year. It's the Pour On type for cattle. Do not get anything that says "Plus" on it. This is what we use. Not sure if duck doses are the same as chickens but Tiny Ducks get 2-3 drop, medium 4-5 drops and Massive Pekins get 6 or 7 drops. Val;ley Vet is really nice to deal with. They deliver quickly. https://www.valleyvet.com/ct_detail.html?pgguid=FFE25FBA-80CB-4D81-8E2A-BC1848A64CA3

Ivermectin is said to have lost some effectiveness as a wormer in chickens, due to past overuse for treating mites. Dosage is 0.1 ml for every 2 pounds of weight given on the back of the neck once, and again in 14 days. Valbazen is very good for treating worms, and dosage is 1/2 ml for 4-6 pound chicken, and repeat it in 10 days. SafeGuard, another good wormer, dosage is 0.25 ml (1/4 ml) per pound given orally for 5 consecutive days.
