I would try a no crow collar first to see if it keeps him quiet. If no one knows he is there... then... you don't have a roo...

Sorry I'm in Northern Ohio but if I were you I would post him in your state feed and see if someone would be interested in trading him for a hen or not and you know there crow isn't very loud i would keep him till someone says something but thats me im a rebble lol I had a neighbor call animal control on my roosters so I got a visit from them and when they got there that neighbor rushed over to complain about their living situation and the animal control officer looked at her and said mam there coop is so nice i would live in it the look on her face was so funny i burst out laughing i couldn't control it it was so funny
