Have you "michigan's everything orpington network" on social media? There are breeders of them that hang out there and I seem to recall someone on there has some very, very nice ones.

Also, have you tried just trimming bum fluffs?

I got my rain gutter garden planted yesterday! I'm excited to see my garden grow! What I love most about it, I won't have to water. So, no worries while we're away camping!

I'm going to throw this out here and hope for a win.

Since my mom passed away I have no more obligation to stay in this area. I'm free to move anywhere that I like. So who would like to have me as a neighbor?

If anyone gets a lead on a decent (or fixer-upper) house with a little bit of land, preferably away from city people and nosy neighbors please let me know.

With any luck I can sell mom's house and mine and be moved within 6 months or so.


PS Anyone need a black Australorp cockerel? He's ~11 weeks old. He has to go before he starts crowing.
