Hey all !
I am a little new at all this so bare with me. The wife and I are just starting a new farm. We have 4 adult children and 4 grand children. couple cows, some chickens, turkeys, and free ranging deer.
We want to expand our turkey & chickens with some diffrent varities. and we are interested in building a incubator for hatching out our own fowl. Has anyone built there own incubator? And how hard hard it to build if so?
Me and the grandchildren will appriecate all the help we can get..

Several people have built their own incubators on here. Try doing a search (using the function at the top of the page) and type in 'incubator' or 'home made' and see what you come up with.

Hopefully someone who has built one will see this and respond also.

Ah yes... Did a search and misspriss I beleieve it was made 1 out of a ice chest.. This will be a perfect start. I think the the grandkids will enjoy this also.
and the www.poultryhelp.com was good also..
We will start building 1 tonight
