Such a gorgeous day to bear witness to a solar eclipse. Took the time away from work to do alittle cleaning of the duck run and reintroduce one of my hens and duck back to the flock. They were injured and spent the winter in my make-shift ICU in my garage.

That pool water was clean prior to picture taking...ducks are messy..hehe

I finally found it and it looks like they have a new home. I already have 17 Knobby so you could have had them and I wouldn't have been hurt a bit, lol.

Did it get totally dark there Knobby? It was still light where we were but got cool and looked to be close to dusk here. How did you get such a cool picture? It said it would ruin cell phone cameras, I just wondered if they were lying or you had a special device for yours. I have a cheap phone.

It got dark like dawn, but not completely dark. Was able to see stars and the temps did drop a bit.
