I got four pullets this year. One of them has a blueish section of her comb just above the beak and a quarter of the way towards the eye. She has had it for a while and I thought it was just how she was until i stumbled upon Blue combs disease. She is a Golden Sex link, about 18 weeks of age. She is healthy. Eating/drink normally. Runs around isn't lethargic. lays an occasional egg ( just getting started really). and doesn't seem to have any problems breathing. I have electrolytes and vitamins in the water and change it daily. Is it something I should worry about?

Given the general good health of the bird, I think that you don't have anything to worry about. Sometimes dirt can get on a chicken's comb and give it a dark blue or purplish tint that comes off if you wash the comb. However, it would help me more if you could upload a picture of the comb.
