Roast my hen.

Would love to hear feed back on my blue Orpington hen. Open to suggestions new to all this and plan to raise chicks abs sell hatching eggs trying to get a good group together.

I wouldn't know how to roast her, I don't know much about chicken conformation. She looks like a very nice hen. Great color and patterning, healthy, looks well proportioned. Feet and legs look stable to me. I'm interested in hearing people's constructive criticisms as well.

What makes a good hen? For breeding, for showing?
