Portioned 6.5 lbs of nacho cheese last night into 2 cups and sealed them into food saver bags.

Not vegan, but all the meals I've posted are vegetarian ... Shhhh! Don't tell anybody.... I don't think they know.

That's one of DH's favorites! He likes to tell the kids that about sharks when we're at the beach. He's really got a wicked sense of humor.
