Sick chicken

My hen is gurgling when she breaths. Which I would assume is some sort of respitory infection. It just started last night. She's worse today and now she has her bum hanging down. I put honey and apple cider vinegar in her water and red pepper flakes and oregano in her food, but I don't think she's doing much drinking or eating. And I already was putting metronidazole in the water because another hen has a canker. I can't get Tylan in feed stores here. And I would prefer it in liquid for or pill or or an injection so I know she's actually getting what she needs. I'm looking for the metronidazole in that form as well. Looking for opinions though to see if anyone thinks it's something else going on or has any other suggestions.

I was just checking her out and her belly feel large and warm. I'm not sure if gurgling and water belly go hand in hand?
