skinny and hot turkey

hi guys my turkey has been displaying signs of heat stress. dropped wings and panting and sleepiness over the last 2 weeks. It hasn't been overly hot and the other birds aren't acting the same. i gave her a fan and a nice shaded area to hang out in.
but on a really cool day she was still doing it so i physically checked her out. no mites or lice, no signs of worms. no injuries or signs of respiratory illness. i felt her crop and that feels perfect but she seems to be quite skinny now.
im going to treat her with some vitamins and electrolytes but does anyone know what could be wrong... if there is anything?

She is perfect now. She ended up pooping out her first egg since raising some chicks. I think she just forgot how it felt and was being dramatic lol
