Swollen eye lid

Does this look like a respiratory in her eye? She is 3 months old, living in south east Texas. Another flock member was treated for respiratory symptoms about two weeks ago…thanks for your response!

It looks like she has an eye or sinus infection.

I would try rinsing it with a saline solution and putting Terramycin in her eye. That's an antibiotic intended for eyes. If it's got puss in there when you look though, first I'd try get that out.

I'd keep a close watch on her that other symptoms don't pop up for which she'd need an antibiotic for.
