I think they’ll be fine. The photo doesn’t really show anything alarming. Their droppings won’t always look the same. My first guess would be that they’re taking in more water. The girls look very healthy. Just keep an eye on the droppings, but they’ll probably be back to normal tomorrow.

So they are mostly back to normal now! They absolutely love my rug (never unsupervised of course)
