About a week ago lost a hen to a hawk. Was one of my golden phoenix so that changed my 2023 order plans. Had to add some golden phoenix to the order. As I'm doing this I change alot more in the order. I ended up ordering 35 chicks :th .

Break down of order:
Ameraucana Black Female 5
Ameraucana Lavender Female 5
Apenzeller Spitzhauben Golden Spangled SR 5
Apenzeller Spitzhauben Chamois Spangled SR 5
Silver Phoenix SR 5
Golden Phoenix SR 5
Silver Laced English Orpingtons SR 5

I was going to get 3 buff braman but changed that to the Orpingtons because I have some already and I don't like feathered feet due to our wet climate conditions. If I had a barn it might be a different story. Anyway the accidental Orpingtons grew on me. If I'm going to have some big chickens then I'll have Orpingtons for now. 😊
 
Add finally found my thread!

So much changed. I added bantams from TSC, twice. >.< I added 8 cochin bantams even tho I said I would never get featherfooted breeds.

I'm selling my hatch outs from my flock and only keeping three of them.

A hatch out of mine I saved from a coon unknowingly and now she won't leave me alone when I'm in the coop. Name is now Flame, her mom is Goldie.
