My drakes bill color is changing from olive green to yellow, is that normal? He is a Mallard (Pippin) who is about 10 months old.

Yes... bill color in drakes can fluctuate with their hormone levels, breeding season to off season... is similar to a ducks bill color fading from bright orange to a dull brownish as they come to the end of their laying season...
