    how do you get them to drink during their broodiness, I've got Rose in a broody coop with food and water, doesn't look like she's gotten up though, I need to move Pearl out to her's this evening, I'm wondering if I ought to just start taking them out of the nest and putting them outside.

    That's a good idea, keep her safe.. my first broody momma, got her own coop..lol, I'd made the newest one and had intended to use the old one for chicken stuff storage, she stopped that idea, that coop is now occupied by Charlie and his girlfriends.     is this a nest box you have her in? how far along in the hatch is she?

    You could possibly try trapping them, there are diy traps shown on line, or get your skills with a bb gun up and start shooting them. I've had to quit feeding my wild birds which is why I think they started coming around to my coop, thankfully the pigeons decided to move on.

    Is this where you blew up? I'll be nice and not say what my opinion is of pigeons, I'm getting ready to completely bird net my runs, the little birds (sparrows?) are getting in there. You'll do what is best for your flock, is Marack's something that will stay alive in the ground for a while...
