    My baby chicks sometimes open and close their mouths and I can’t figure out why. Recently, after breathing on their faces we noticed they opened then closed their mouths. All of them did it except the one I am fairly certain is a cockerel, and I was wondering if this is normal or abnormal behavior.

    Green poop is usually caused by eating grass, and I doubt this is some kind of worm or parasite.
