Is it sneezing, or have mucus coming from the eyes?

It’s a mix of cochin rhode island red and something else not sure. I also wanted to say recently it’s been quite sleepy and limp but still breathing. However once in a while it will flail around for a second or two and peep then go back to being asleep again. Not sure what this is but thought you might want to know.

Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell vitamins with electrolytes is very good to use with a weak chick to try to revive it. Give it 2 drops each day, and get it drinking water. Check for any pasty butt, and clean it’s vent.

I don’t have any of those on hand. is there any substitute that i could find around the house?
