Very sorry about your chick. I would keep it warm, and if it acts more alert, you can offer more water with electrolytes. It sounds like it is very weak, and possibly dying.

Does it have tremors? is is sleepy?

It has had a bit of trouble walking but was just getting a hang of it but no tremors , and yes it has been sleepy a good chunk of the time but lively when not asleep

Okay then probably not brooder pneumonia ’cause that’s caused by eating fungus or getting fungal bacteria.

The feed was recently outside so it may have been exposed to some sort of bacteria. However i live in a very dry place so it’s doubtful any mushrooms or something of the sort would be present.

Is it near any other chickens have they shared similar symptoms? Any eggs in feces?
