I have a couple Buff, Light, and 1 Dark Brahma Roosters for sale. $25 ea
They are all hatched from eggs I bought locally. I do not need these extra roos. I would condsider trading for Australorp, BJG or Black Copper Marans hens of similar age.

Hello.
One of my Brahma rooster - my favorite, named Apache le Colosse - is dying.
(He is only around one-year-old.)
For some weeks now, he has been getting more and more paralyzed...
By elimination, and after all the care he had, there are only 3 causes possible :
1 - an injury in his back...
I started with chickens around three years ago, and fell in love. What started as four chickens to produce a few eggs, has grown into large flocks of birds.
Today I focus my attention to perfecting project brahma colors, and am expanding into langshans. I want to learn as much as I can about...
Hi.
I have a problem with Apache le Colosse - my light Brahma rooster : his skin is quickly blackening on his head (crest and wattles).
Look at the picture, and you can notice how his skin is dark compared with my dark Brahma :
If I am not mistaken, this is caused by a lack of oxygen in his...
Hello! New member here :) my name is Gemala, I'm from Indonesia the origin country of Ayam Cemani!
I'm a new chicken keeper, my first chickens are Brahma. I got them mid September 2023, so it has been 2 months of wonderful experience for me.
Now I own 6 Brahmas, and 2 Rhode Island White chicks...
Hi everyone,
I hatched out 2 eggs from my own flock (white Brahma) and bought 5 more chicks (“Blue” Laced Wyandottes) from the feed store. None of the birds were sexed. They are 7.5 weeks old today and I’m starting to think I got mainly roosters. 😅 I get very attached (so does my husband) so if...
I have a question about mixing a flock and also what to expect from a roo (or two).
Currently, we have 2 Embden geese (f). We also have 2 mallard drakes and a Rouen female, which wasn't intentional or ideal. We are going to expand next year. Flock size, pen, and water pools/pond. 2 more geese...
My first post outside of the goose forum!
So this week we will be taking on some new birds, we are getting one adult brahma male and 2 younger males plus 4 young Muscovy ducks.
We have only ever handled geese before so this will be very new to us! Any advice is incredibly welcome.
We don’t...
Hi!
Here is my 17 week old Brahma, Debby. I’m assuming that Debby is a boy but am not 100% sure.
Up until a couple of weeks ago Debby was completely black but has recently started to grow some gold feathers on the wings and head. What colour does this make him/her? Does it have anything to do...
I'm mostly posting because I need reassurance that I'm doing the right thing. I have a Brahma rooster that is covered in lice & nits.... I discovered the infestation because he has been laying down a lot, & very wobbly when he's up trying to keep up with the flock, & I was checking for...
I've tried to search and research, and while most say Brahma laying age is between 6-7 months, I did find ONE post that said hatchery pullets can lay early. Ours are 18.5(ish) weeks, gotten from TSC(Hoovers)when they were roughly a week old.
Bianca, our reddest of the Light Brahmas has been...
looking to rehome my rooster, I have too many.
I live in central florida
i am willing to deliver within a certain mile radius, just ask! He is strong, healthy, & parasite free.
These are RK pullets… or are supposed to be 😂 they were sold as buff Brahma pullets and they all looked the same when I got them but now that they’re feathered there’s obvious differences. Are they still all considered buff Brahma? Also, is the one with the red comb a roo?
My newest brahmas are 10 weeks old and I don’t remember my buff Brahma pullets being so red so early and this light Brahma is making me question because they are becoming red faster? What do you think pullet or roo?
