I moved my birds outside into a chicken tractor with poultry net pen to help protect the area from predators. There are 9 hens that are a year old, 4 sassy araucanas who are 4 months old and 3 Peking ducks.

My chickens have a nice big run, but it would be really nice to get them in other places on our property to access fresh grass and bugs. I realize this run is in no way predator proof so I would only feel comfortable using it while I was home...but has anyone tried something like this?
