Two "chicks" of mine are 11 weeks old. One is a black copper maran with copper only on the neck and I thought it was a pullet until this...crow/sound that it does pretty often when I peek into the coop.

The next in question is this jubilee Orpington, who has had a tall comb from the beginning but pretty thin legs and always sleeps on the ground and is very submissive. Neither of these birds behave aggressively or play fight like two of my previous cockerels from the same hatch. Are they both cockerels?

The jubilee Orpington is definitely a cockerel. The maran I didn't hear enough to say if that was a crow for sure, however, I am leaning towards yes and he's probably a cockerel too

The Marans was sneezing/clearing her throat. Keep a big eye out for respiratory infections. She is definitely a pullet. The Orpington appears to be an especially slow to mature/perhaps sickly cockerel. Have you had an coccidiosis issues with this batch? For comparison, here's a ten week old English Orpington cockerel of mine. While still slow to mature, he had much more color. The paleness of the jubilee's wattles is a bit unusual.
