I had a similar thought. The thing that's throwing me off is the red around the eyes. If it's a pullet, it almost looks like she's getting ready to lay.Just want to say that I am no chicken expert here, but I do not think that your chicken's comb is all that red or large for an Australorp hen at 11 weeks old.

That is a super cool looking rooster! Almost has a cow coloration in the body.I agree, cockerels start to develop saddle feathers around that age.
